You could see it the other way. They don't remove you only because your art wasn't just good enough, but rather, they do that as a way to motivate artists to push their limits further with what they can do. Basically, it's a way of saying "your art isn't good enough, but you could do better."
Don't be discouraged and see it the other way. Keep on drawing and improve your work, if you're really committed.
